About Sabruka Shea Village

From a vision to improve livelihoods, to a movement transforming communities through the shea value chain.

Founded with Purpose

Founded by Mrs. Alice Chiravira, Sabruka Shea Village began as a vision to improve the livelihoods of rural women through shea butter processing. Today, SSVF continues to grow as a centre for production, training, entrepreneurship, research, and community development, working with local and international partners to strengthen the shea value chain.
